Return Period
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your item.
If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- All security seals, tags, or labels must remain intact.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for partial refunds, if applicable.
Any item returned after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
Wrong Item Received
We sincerely apologise if you have received an incorrect item. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged or faulty product.
If this occurs, please email us at info@pauyuan.com.my with details and photos of the issue. Our team will assist you with the next steps for replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank — some processing time may apply before the refund is reflected.

Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Items purchased under promotions or discounts are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping
To return your product, please ship it to the address above.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
